Diet pills

There is a number of anti-obesity drugs available, and Xenical (orlistat) is a common one. Xenical is touted to cause weight loss by preventing fat absorption. It works primarily in the intestines, but a small amount is absorbed systemically. Individuals using Xenical must also follow a low-fat diet in order to prevent diarrhea and fecal incontinence. Thus, any weight loss that occurs could be attributed to diet alone.

Marshall ProtocolA curative medical treatment for chronic inflammatory disease. Based on the Marshall Pathogenesis. (MP) patients are discouraged from using any anti-obesity drug.

A low carb, insulin-resistant diet would be a safer alternative for MP patients recovering their health (and a normal weight).
