Loon balloon best cell phone supply system

from Linda J CNN just posted an article titled Google, Facebook, SpaceX, OneWeb plan to beam Internet everywhere found here: http://www.cnn.com/2015/10/30/tech/pioneers-google-facebook-spacex-oneweb-satellite-drone-balloon-internet/index.html

TM replied

Linda, The difference between a cell-tower 300 yards away, a Google Loon balloon 20,000 yards away and a satellite 200,000 yards away is distance. The magnitude of EM radiation falls off as the square of the distance.

There is another difference, a terrestial cell-tower has limitless power available to radiate, while satellite and balloon systems have to generate their power with solar arrays.

Taken together, the microwave energy falling on the earth if all these schemes are successful is perhaps a millionth of what exists in your neighborhood right now. The only system already deployed is the Google Loon Balloons, which radiate a 4G signal around -90dBm. That is three million times less than the signal Edward Plum has on his balcony, and 100,000 less than I have outside on my own street. It is generally not enough to penetrate buildings with metal roofs or aluminum insulation. The target we have set for a home environment is -65dBm maximum, and the balloons are still much less than this.

So although the idea of satellites blanketing the earth with microwaves might seem scary, at this point in technology the capability of coming even close to the damage being done by terrestrial cell-towers is just not there. In fact, I often argue that the Loon balloons may be a saving grace for technology, a way of delivering mobile phone signals (out-of-doors) which is relatively 'friendly' to human biology.

Every woman and girl abused by the unsustainable hazards of a microwave-ridden work environment is entitled to watch the video below. This presentation allows viewers to hear and quantify Wi-Fi radiation, which gravely endangers female bodies, especially the brain, heart, eyes, thyroid gland and ovaries. Wi-Fi couples with the body as electromagnetic currents. It is a teratogen; it can cause birth defects. And as it flows through amniotic fluids, it has potential to inflict severe cardiac stress on the unborn child. Wireless microwave radiation is documented to increase the fetal heartbeat and reduce fetal cardiac output.* If you are a woman, especially a pregnant woman ensnared in such occupational danger, is it not time to muster some self-respect and demand a WIRED AND SAFE workplace? This video provides workers and their bosses with sensible alternatives which can save lives, alleviate suffering and safeguard the development of unborn children.

ITEMS TO PLACE SOMEWHERE …………

From observing the CWS systems we have seen that nanowatts of RF energy, containing a special characteristic found in Capacitors, seem to profoundly affect the human nervous system.

I am not a mathematician, but Meyl, Tomilin, and others have postulated that Capacitive Waves are longitudinal waves, propagating somewhat like sound waves (but at much higher velocities). It is clear that when a CWS system is detuned, and emitting normal TEM (Transverse ElectroMagnetic) waves, that the bio-effect disappears.

It thus seems that it is not just the intensity of waves which matter, or their frequency, but how they are generated. A small proportion of the energy from all antennas will be longitudinal (Capacitive) in nature, and it seems likely that devices emitting more of of these waves are more likely to affect humans than devices emitting TEM waves.

The problem is that we can't measure Capacitive Waves, and they cannot be easily picked up on normal radio receivers. At normal bioeffect levels, our 27MHz CWS system cannot be heard in a radio on the opposite side of a room. The “Tri-meters” sold for hundreds of dollars do not register a field near a 27MHz CWS. So we need to rethink the whole paradigm of “interference.”

Radiation exposure from mobiles harming humans

report PTI Mar 4, 2013, 08.06PM IST

NEW DELHI: Exposure to radiation from mobile towers and phones has been found to lead to DNA damage, carcinogenicity and impacted development of sperms and foetuses along with other harmful effects, according to a recent report of 1,800 new studies. Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad today said the report has also cited the effect on neonates and offspring and effect on brain and cranial bone development in the offspring of animals that are exposed to cell phone radiation during pregranancy. “Indian Council of Medical research (ICMR) has informed that Bio-initiative 2012 report has summarised about 1800 new studies under 24 technical chapters,” he said in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha. “Overall, these new studies reported abnormal gene transcription; genotoxicity and single and double strand DNA damage; stress proteins because of the fractal RF-antenna like nature of DNA; chromatin condensation and loss of DNA repair capacity in human stem cells; reduction in free radical scanvengers - particularly melatonin; “Neurotoxicity in humans and animals; carcinogenicity in humans; serious impacts on human and animal sperm morphology and function; effects on the foetus, neonate and offspring; effects on brain and cranial bone development in the offspring of animals that are exposed to cell phone radiation during pregnancy; and findings in autism spectrum disorders consistent with EMF/RFR exposure,” the Minister said.

RA and solar storms

Researchers suggest link between solar storms and incidences of RA and GCA http://www.news-medical.net/news/20150616/Researchers-suggest-link-between-solar-storms-and-incidences-of-RA-and-GCA.aspx

The reason was that it seemed to indicate that for RA, there is no safe manmade RF EMF level as RF signal strength from these solar storms is really low. Further, these storms are brief, so my thinking was that it wasn't actually the storms, but the state of the sun where the solar cycle RF signal was at its highest. In other words, natural background RF when it cycles higher correlates with RA, and that level is so many orders of magnitude lower than manmade RF.

This correlation might also indicate that RA sufferers might need greater shielding. Indeed, this article seems to indicate the body is sensitive to all RF, even natural background RF, and with the wrong Microbiome, it will amplify disease, with RA possibly being the most sensitive.

One further point is that my joints seem to be the last to recover in my MP journey, and when I lower the RF to an effective -80 dB, joint IP seems to be higher. So, that would correlate with the idea that very low RF levels are needed for joint issues to resolve.

- are those clip-on ferrite cores (usually put on AC power cables) effective enough to reduce the frequencies that we need to avoid?
The ferrite cores are good from about 10MHz to 100MHz, maybe higher. I try to put multiple turns through them, which lowers the 10MHz a bit. Three turns would be about 10/9 or 1MHz, for example. This does stop the easiest frequencies which power wiring can easily radiate. The Stetzerizer units cover below 1MHz, so together they can stop the most harmful radiation from house wiring.

Why does house wiring radiate? Well, consider a two-wire cable to a lighting fixture. When the light switch is off, that whole cable and the fixture are connected to one side of the mains. Unbalanced (in the US we do not have earth wires integral in light fixture wiring)

With the Cornet meter, if you pass a video monitor cable through ferrites at each end you will read EMI at each connector and nothing in the centre of the cable (the jacket has been decoupled by the ferrites).

the EPA 1993 letter says there are significant differences between the FCC-adopted “1992 ANSI/IEEE and other contemporary RF radiation exposure guidelines, including those of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Radiological Protection Board (NRPB), International Radiation Protection Association (IRPA) the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (JHAPL).”

Desperate times call for desperate measures. One luxury hotel company has come up with the ultimate way to help its guests to relax: a switch that kills the internet. A silver switch next to the beds in the Villa Stéphanie spa resort in Baden-Baden activates a copper grid in the walls to block all wireless internet signals.

“It is like a light switch,” said Frank Marrenbach, the chief executive of the Oetker Collection, which also runs Le Bristol in Paris, the Hotel Du Cap in Cap d’Antibes and will open a renovated Lanesborough hotel in London on July 1. So far around half his guests have opted, at some point during their stay, to kill their internet.

“We are going to see a lot more ideas like this. There will be zones where people disconnect, a lot more businesses will suggest for certain times of day people don’t email and so on.

Mr Marrenbach said that as well as the copper grid, his rooms had a special coating to block “96 per cent” of wireless signals. “It doesn’t matter what your neighbour does, if you switch it off you have no reception,” he said. He predicted the technology would be common in luxury homes within five years.

No other hotel has gone to the same extreme, Mr Marrenbach said many of his guests, who will pay €1,115 per night for a package at the Villa Stephanie this summer, had not switched off for years.

I bought some Ecosmart 60W (9W) bulbs to check them, and confirmed that part number part number 1000 035 529 also radiates or conducts no significant electrosmog. Those bulbs are really quiet…

A little less quiet, but still barely detectable, is the new 60W CREE bulb. Make sure you get that “BA19-08027OMN-12DE26-2U100” model number, as older CREE blubs are no quiet at all…

Oops - sorry about that. I tested two “25W equivalent” bulbs from Ecosmart. The first, a candle-like shape (part # 1000 018 574) is rated at about 200 lumens, 1/4 of the Ecosmart “60W equivalent” bulbs. It tested fine – it was just as silent as the 1000 035 529 and 1000 035 536 bulbs.

I also tested an Ecosmart 4” diameter 25W equiv bulb (part # 1000 034 197) but it had more noise than any of the above Ecosmart bulbs. On a hunch I dropped the radio test frequency down to the EMF spectrum, 150KHz, and the larger 25W bulb was quite noisy there.

What surprised me more was the CREE bulbs - both the 60W and 40W, were really, really, bad at the lower frequencies. I am not sure why. Best to avoid CREE, I think. The Philips slim style (model 9290002707 UPC 0 46677 43314 7) were totally silent down at 150KHz, although they were relatively noisy at the higher (short wave) frequencies. Overall - stick with the better Ecosmart unless only the Philips shape will fit your application.

Big eye opener re: soft & safe fabric … I took a length of fabric to a non-MP contact last week as she thinks she has EHS.

When I arrived she had been struggling with a 3-week long headache (ever since returning home from a trip).

My spectrum analyzer showed a neighboring DECT phone at -18dBm in her livingroom. (I felt a kind of pressure, hard-to-think sort of response to it myself.)

For her, as soon as the fabric was wrapped around her head babushka-style, the tension lines in her face disappeared and the headache lifted. I left a 3'x5' piece of the cloth for her to use with a request for her results.

This week she had her visiting daughter and son-in-law try it. Both had symptoms disappear. Son-in-law said blurry eyesight cleared. Daughter said dizziness lifted.

mvanw on scanning w Kaito

I brought the Kaito WRX911 to scan for radio signals inside the workstation. I scanned AM, FM, and all shortwave bands and found no shortwave signal except a couple of spots where there was heavier static, but no 'green' level signals. There were no FM stations picked up, but I did get one local AM radio station, 1130 kHz, 1000 watts, and it is located less than 3 miles away. That is it, but I must say that AM station came in loud and clear, amazing.

So, I decided to check out my best shield zone, the triple shield, which is the yShield painted utility room (all surfaces including the floor), with a 50 dB canopy inside and 100 dB floor shield, and with a 50 dB tent inside with another silver floor shield. Finally, the AM radio station nearly disappeared except at one spot, and even at that spot it came through staticky. All the other channels, FM and shortwave, had static with no audible level changes.

So, that is the best I can say about the lower RF frequency performance of the shields. No amplitude measurements, just the radio audio.
