+Have another issue at the moment ,(never seems to stop) had an inflamed spot on my left arm below my elbow for the past three months or so ,about 1/4 round and red ,anyway it did not seem to want to heal so i put some BLACK SALVE (cansema on it and it reacted immediately,(it does this when it comes in contact with cancerous cells) . No cancer no reaction!!! pain initially radiated down my arm to my wrist for a few hrs ,then left a bit of a ulcerated sore,am trying to heal it now,played with the scab after showering today and locaed a white grissely centre core going down into my flesh at the centre of where the main scab was ,applied another dose of Black Salve today and it is stinging like hell at the moment ,and the area is swelling, will remove salve later today and clean up and try to prompt tissue to heal , would not heal before
+ had issue with BCC  a few yrs ago and had half my right ear hacked up by the specialist,and if they saw this ,i am sure they would make a mess of my arm

+ all is going well ,the big hole i had in my arm two weeks ago has almost dissapeared,just about healed before my eyes, used DMSO, ALSO I BELIEVE SHEET ACCELERATED HEALING PROCESS, MY SISTER SAW THE WOUND after i applied the Black Salve two weeks ago and can not believe how fast the tissue has repaired,

+One thing about the Twice a week Mino, previously i needed more regular  Mino to palliate symptoms (i mean pre MP) am slowly trying to wean off
+ Previously stated feet burning gone, maybe i was a bit hasty , but definitely improved greatly:)
+  Lower back pain comes and goes,am not sure that this is entirely due to impinged nerve , went to hospital on the weekend with abdominal pain,thought it may have been Appendicitis ,but they seem to think it was muscular,but at the same time they rang me next day to say they were not real impressed with my Kidney function tests , and suggested i see my local Doc to discuss further ,there were some other issues apparently also,all in all they called to see if i was OK,as they could not process my blood that night , my fingernails were almost pure whit a few months ago ,and when i looked that up on the net ,it indicated renal problems, They are not so bad now ,but were worryingly almost entirely white , also the Doc from the hospital asked if i had ever had any Kidney Disease,not the first time i have been asked this

+Back pain has eased quite a bit with quarterzone injections,currently have quite a bit 6/10 pain left side of back behind lower rib cage , came on yesterday ,dont know what it is ,but seems like some sort of flare, generally not feeling too bad, other than lower back probably feeling pretty good actually, energy levels quite good ,weather changes still seems to have quite an effect on my joints ,had quite a lot of pain in lung area last week when weather changed,but that has gone now, seem to get these painfull flares in my lung behind shoulder blades ,take your breath away type of pain ,very acute ,stays for a few days and then moves on ,not unlike the pain in my left rib area now

+ short update ,still experiencing lower back pain ,have been trying acupuncture(once so far) no relief yet ,pain seems to move around spine a bit .mainly lower level, L3,L4,L5, BUT BY THE SAME TOKEN ALSO MOVES TO UPPER BACK LUNG AREA IN ADDITION TO LOWER BACK AND ALSO RIGHT kidney AREA ,BEHIND LOWER RIBS , HAVE ARRANGED TO SEE PAIN SPECIALIST AGAIN WITH THE VIEW TO HAVING MORE INJECTIONS IN THE L23 LEVEL,THE FUNNY THING IS I GET CONTRADICTING ANALYSIS OF THE MRI AND XRAYS, NEUROSURGEON SAYS BACK IS NOT THAT GOOD ND HAVE EVIDENCE OF STENOCIS AND BULGING DISCS,BUT PAIN SPECIALIST LOOKS AT SAME IMAGES AND SAYS THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF STENOCIS AND HE WISHES HIS BACK WAS IN AS GOOD CONDITION AS MINE (REFERRING TO CONDITION OF DISCS )SO I DONT KNOW,FURTHERMORE PAIN SPECIALIST(APPROX 40YRS EXPERIENCE) SAYS ,NO WONDER NO SURGEON WILL GO NOWHERE NEAR YOUR BACK WITH A KNIFE
+I was introduced to a old chinese Dr yesterday by my Bank Manager, we have an area in Perth here that is like a small China Town
+Anyway when i told her about my problem she said easy fix $350 ,fix in 20 mins ,i was surprised at the price ,but she seemed very convincing and guaranteed it would fix me
+We went out the back and she proceeded to karate chop my lower back by cupping both hands together ,and applying some ointment ,after about 10 mins ,she said all fixed no more problem
+She sent me home with some herbs to boil up and drink the juice for the next few days ,she was refering to some very old notes in some books handed down in her family ,i boiled up the brew and drank it yesterday (am still alive) and pain has reduced approx 80% , there is still some discomfort ,and i dont know how long this will last , i have not paid her and she insisted if it was not fixed the next treatments would be free of charge
+At least this is better than Cortisone injections and sedation ,and a expensive hospital visit, as i had last time ,she seems to be going to the root of the problem,rather than supplying pain killers only
+When i look at the xrays of my spine myself there appears to be no significant compression of any particular disc ,and the spacing between the vertebrae seem consistent ,on this basis i am cautiously optimistic that this may be an indicator that manipulation may be the way to go ,either with her slapping technique or orthopedic Dr /experienced massage therapy
+Furhermore her Herbs may be beneficial to my general health

+All is well in the health department as far as reiters syndrome symptoms are concerned ,no longer an issue
+Lung flem not also problem at the moment
+Lower back problem may be being exacerbated by an old horse riding injury ,have orthotic inserts made for my shoes ,one of my feet is leaning in putting pressure on my back, hopefully orthotics will help
+Feb. did not go on with Chinese meds .
+But have been concentrating on low carb foods more protein and not much processed food,KEEP AWAY FROM REFINED SUGARS .

+Had a cancer removed from my left calf about three months ago ,left quite a big hole in my calf,still healing
+No real arthritic problems
+Sun sensativity not much of a problem ,do get some herx if i go out too much day after day in the sun
+Did not waste my time or money with biopsy,just applied Black salve(cansema) ,this takes out Melanoma and skin cancer by the roots,if there is no cancer present it does not react, i had a itchy dry piece of skin that kept growing back and irritating me ,a bit like a mosquito bite gets your attention,it kept coming back(last 12 months only) so i applied the Black Salve ,pain and swelling went down below my ankle ,approx 6" below the obvious cancer site,hole was at least the size of a 5 cent piiece and very deep ,been 3 months now and still healing

+has been a while since i posted ,Back has been playing up again been back to Osteopath a few time and also massage clinic,purchased an expensive massage device ,that may have aggravated the problem, still wearing orthotics,pain is not as bad as it was at worst,at least i can sleep at night ,pain seems to move around my back at times,from one side to the other and also from top to bottom, probably some arthritic problem,sometimes goes behind my left shoulder blade(painfull to breathe) then moves across to my right shoulder blade ,then down to my lower back again,exercise can help ,but by the same token can also aggravate the situation , feel pretty exhausted lately most of the time .
+Trying to get motivated to start swimming again,but last time i went to the pool i ended up with the flu again ,AND SEVERE LUNG INFECTION .Just getting over it now ,since i had Pneumonia about 10 yrs ago,as a result of aspirating after an  operation ,i seem to get chest infections very easily (bloody anesthetists going to sleep on the job)
+Had some pain in my joints lately also ,situation not looking too good,i feel the root cause of my problem is still there after all this time
+Have been trying some Borax lately,maybe that is causing a Herx reaction,dont know   As mentioned before trying to eat healthy ,dont drink Alcahol ,coffee rarely ,alkaline water most of the time

+Have cut out Benicar and Mino , Benicar about 1 month ago,blood pressure has gone back to 120/75 and back pain is improving by the day
+,i assume due to my increased blood pressure 120/80now,arms do not get so fatigued when swimming

+I got seriously ill ,after a trip to the Philippines ,all the symptoms i had before ,aching painful joints all over ,could barely move
+My local doctor recommended Methotrexate and anti inflamatory meds ,said i probably had Fibromyalgia
+I was suicidal ,with pain
+After analyzing the lead up to my problems , i remembered i had bed badly bitten by bed bugs in the Philippines .
+I suggested a Lymes test from my doctor and as suspected it came back negative ,as i knew it would !!!!
+Fortunately i had sent a sample of saliva and hair to a lab in America at the same time
+The results came back positive with 4 strains of Lymes ,and also pointed out my first infection was around my late twenties
+Most recently infected by Bed Bugs it said
+since the last time i posted , i have been to Malaysia for 2 rounds of Hypothermia treatment ,with multiple IV Antibiotics
+This saw the removal of parasites from my stool (yuk)
+Symptoms dissapeared while i maintained Anti Biotics ,and there were plenty
+But i do not like the damage they are doing to my gut
+So i went back to Ozone and herbal suppliments and organic plant based diet
+DURING my research i discovered Heavy Metals mimics Lymes symptoms *(and i have been a mechanic for approx 40 years )
+So had hair analysis done and my chromium levels are off the scale , also mercury too high ,and copper
+Anyway i just started heavy metal chelation therapy (edta and glutathion for now)
+This may have played a big part in crashing my immune system
+Thats where i am at now ,detoxing to the max ,it will take a couple of years i think ,but it makes sense to me ,and something i never thought of before
+ i believe the heavy metals compramised my immune system and made me susceptible to infection.
+As for my health at present i am improving every day ,at the moment bouncing out of my skin
+just hope it keeps going
+i am eating all organic ,also doing Flax and cottage cheese (Budwig cancer cure) Rebounding maybe 1 hour a day ,and also going to sauna every second day
+doing daily coffee enemas ,to move poisons.
+taking charcoal ,bentonite clay and zeolite to catch mould and metals as the progress down to large intestine , to stop them being re absorbed .
