 have been off demi and zith a few days now,have noticed a 80% improvment in the pain in my left hip(all but gone)looks like this was herx,also seems to be some improvement in the pain in the front of my groin,which was at the sight of my hernia i had repaired last year,anyway at this time only positive pain improvement, THROAT still Phlegmy have been off demi and zith a few days now,have noticed a 80% improvment in the pain in my left hip(all but gone)looks like this was herx,also seems to be some improvement in the pain in the front of my groin,which was at the sight of my hernia i had repaired last year,anyway at this time only positive pain improvement, THROAT still Phlegmy
